Does Rapivan offer transfers only from the Airport?

No, Rapivan offers transfers both from the airport to hotels and residences within a wide coverage area of the city, as well as from the city to the airport.

Is the transfer service really private?

Yes, the transfers offered as private are exclusively for you and your travel group. No other passengers will share the vehicle, ensuring complete privacy, comfort, and a direct route to your destination.

Do you offer car seats for babies/children?

Yes, we provide car seats for babies and children at no additional cost. Please let us know in advance if you need one and provide your child’s age and size. We cannot guarantee availability if not requested in advance. You may also bring your own car seat. In both cases, it must be installed and secured by the parent or guardian.

Can I bring pets with me?

Yes, dogs and cats are welcome. Customers are responsible for any damage or odor, and a refundable deposit of up to USD$250 may be required if the animal does not travel in a carrier. Pets over 10 kg (22 lbs) without a carrier will be considered passengers. We do not provide pet seat belts, and the same policies apply to service animals and emotional support animals.

What happens if I have excess luggage?

We suggest our customers consider the size of their luggage when choosing the vehicle for their transfer. If you have any doubts, please contact us during the booking process to ensure the chosen vehicle can accommodate all your items. If not, we can arrange an additional luggage delivery service for an extra charge, subject to availability.

Is a reservation required?

Yes, a reservation is required. All our services are carefully planned to ensure timely transfers, so we ask that you book in advance.
