Rapivan provides two executive transportation options: point-to-point transfers and hourly service. Point-to-point service is ideal for direct trips such as airport transfers, business meetings, and corporate appointments, while hourly service offers greater flexibility for multiple stops, extended itineraries, sightseeing, private tours, and other customized transportation needs.

What is included in the executive transportation service?

For point-to-point service, the rate includes the vehicle, a professional driver, fuel, tolls, and parking required to complete the trip. Hourly service includes the vehicle and driver for the contracted time and up to 200 kilometers. Tolls, parking, and additional expenses are billed separately when applicable.

What types of vehicles are available for executive transportation?

We offer a range of vehicles to accommodate different needs, including sedans, SUVs, luxury SUVs—such as the Chevrolet Suburban—minivans, and vans. All vehicles are well-maintained and suitable for executive and premium transportation services.

How far in advance should I book executive transportation?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. Reserving earlier allows for better vehicle selection and helps secure your preferred service.

Is executive transportation available outside the city?

Yes. Executive transportation services are available for trips outside the city. To provide an accurate quote, we require details such as origin, destination, itinerary, and any planned stops. Additional costs such as tolls or parking may apply depending on the route.

What happens if my flight is delayed or my schedule changes?

We understand that schedules can change. For airport pickups, we include a complimentary waiting period after your flight lands. For hotel or private address pickups, the driver arrives shortly before the scheduled time and waits for a limited period at no additional cost. Extended waiting time may be subject to additional charges based on availability.

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

Yes. Reservations can be modified or canceled by contacting our customer service team. Cancellation and modification policies depend on the service booked and are detailed in our Terms and Conditions.
